Need a hand? Email hello@releasesense.app and we'll get back to you, usually within two business days. It helps to include the email address you use for ReleaseSense and, if something isn't working, what you were doing when it happened.

Signing in

Sign in with the email and password you used to create your account. If you've just signed up, confirm your email first using the link we sent you. On the Sign In screen you can send the confirmation email again if it didn't arrive. Check your spam folder too.

Forgot your password?

On the Sign In screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your email and tapSend Code. We'll email you a 6-digit code. Enter it in the app to choose a new password. The code expires after 15 minutes and works once; tap Send a new codeif you need another. You can read the email on any device.

Connecting an integration

ReleaseSense can show issues, pull/merge requests, build status and test results from GitHub, GitLab and Testomat.io. Go to Integrations, choose the tool and paste an access token from that tool, then link a project to a repository or project there. Integrations sync automatically every hour, and you can tap Resync Now at any time.

If a tool rejects your token (for example, it expired), the integration shows as disconnected. Open it and use Reconnect with a new token.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account and type DELETE to confirm. This permanently deletes your account, your workspace and everything in it, including connected integrations and their saved tokens. It can't be undone.

If you can't sign in to delete your account, emailhello@releasesense.appfrom the address you used to sign up and we'll delete it for you.
